ABOUT

DOSING
ADULTS: Serving Size 1 teaspoon (3g), servings Per Container about 151.
Recommended: use wooden or ceramic spoon or plastic spoon.

DIRECTIONS
Mix 3g (1 teaspoon) of zeolite powder in 10 oz (300 ml) clean water and drink 1 hour before or after a meal. Take once daily. We recommend after waking up in the morning. Never use a metal spoons to stir. Use only plastic, wooden, or ceramic spoons.
